The Government has issued guidance for public sector procurement from 1 January 2021.
The guidance can be read and downloaded here.
Contracting Authorities will need to publish notices through ‘Find A Tender’ which will go live on 1 January 2021.
If you do not use an eSender - a full list of which is available in the guidance, and below - then you will need to register as a buyer on Contracts Finder ; all Contracts Finder accounts will then be given access to ‘Find A Tender’ when the service is available.
As at 16/11/20 the following eSenders have confirmed to the Cabinet Office that they will be able to publish notices to ‘Find A Tender’:
It is anticipated that the 'Find A Tender' service will be deployed at the end of the Transition Period here: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/
