Employment Status - Newly Published HMRC Factsheet

HMRC have published a factsheet that will be issued to individuals to help check that their employment status is correct for TAX purposes (not employment rights under employment law). The factsheet can be read here. Whilst the factsheet is aimed towards the worker experience, it may be useful for HEI's to provide a copy to any worker that needs to be assessed for employment status for tax as additional guidance when providing a Status Determination Statement.
