Challenges during Standstill
If court proceedings are served on a public body during the standstill period for procurements falling under the remedy rules then the organisation cannot enter into the contract.
Public bodies must ensure that a process is in place to make sure that all relevant staff are informed when proceedings are served and that appropriate action is taken.
