Assessing Responses
The evaluation panel should assess responses to the standard Selection Questionnaire in accordance with the scoring methodology which was drawn up in advance of publishing the Contract Notice. As this stage of the process supplier's suitability is being assessed on the basis of:
Business probity and criminality
Technical and professional ability
Economic and financial standing
These issues should not be revisited at the award phase.
