We were delighted to be joined by Sam Russel of the Cabinet Office for a fantastic workshop on the Transforming Public Procurement programme. The session covered what the reforms aim to achieve and how they will affect each part of the procurement process. It included how this could impact HEPA members, and the forthcoming learning and development programme for procurement professionals.
4C delivered a thought provoking workshop, presenting a view of the future of procurement by exploring the trends, disruptors and opportunities our function is facing, drawing on our experiences in both the Public and Private sectors including HE: Procurement is dead! Long live Procurement!
