We recently shared an update for members containing information on the go-live date for the Procurement Act 2023. Please find an official communication from the Cabinet Office below:
On Wednesday, the Prime Minister announced that the General Election will be held on 4 July 2024.
The Procurement Act 2023 is already legislation and you should continue to plan for the new regime to go live on 28 October 2024.
Our Learning and Development activities and sessions will continue as normal.
Our Knowledge Drops are still available to watch on our webpages here, and our e-Learning modules and Communities of Practice homepage will still be accessible via the Government Commercial College.
If you are booked onto a Deep Dive course over the coming weeks, this will still go ahead.
