Yesterday, 26 October 2023, the Procurement Bill completed its passage through Parliament and received Royal Assent.
Go live is planned for October 2024, as highlighted in the recent Cabinet Office update.
Over the coming months we can expect to see the secondary legislation introduced which will underpin the Procurement Act, as well as the release of the various learning & development products which will help you get to grips with the new regime.
