About the Speakers
Christopher Brennan is a Consultant with over 15 years’ experience of advising on the public procurement regime, including a significant track record of acting for universities on procurement and state aid matters.
Helen Prandy is a Principal Associate who leads the contentious procurement practice at Mills & Reeve. She has over 15 years’ experience in handling procurement disputes and challenges, having acted on the first reported case challenging an automatic suspension under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and having advised a number of public authorities on procurement challenges and potential challenges.
