Contract Notice
Contact your Head of Procurement or Central Procurement team for advice on how to create and publish contract notices for OJEU. Note: - This notice information will also require publishing on Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. It is likely the Contracts Finder publication will be included within any electronic process for publishing the OJEU notice, however do check with your Head of Procurement or Central Procurement team.
It is important that the Contract Notice provides the scope of the requirement either by volume or by value and, in the case of Contract Notices for Framework Agreements, that it clearly identifies the bodies who will be entitled to use it. There are points to consider when completing OJEU notices and further guidance specific to Framework agreements.
